Can you make the bag bigger?

No. This would require me to completely redesign both the exterior and interior of the bag, get a new sample, and test it for several months. It would essentially be an entirely separate, new item.

The bag is small on purpose. If you want a bigger bag, I encourage you to look through the other amazing creators offering larger bags in Bag Bazaar.

Can you make the bag out of a different material?

No. Using a different material would require me to adjust both the exterior and interior construction of the bag and would require new samples, prototyping, and product testing.

I like the bag, but there are certain parts of it I don’t like. Can you alter it?

No. I will not be making further alterations to the overall size or construction of the bag other than the changes that are already listed on the campaign page.

Unfortunately, there is no one-size-fits-all bag that works for everyone. There are many other bags out there that might be more suited to your personal needs and tastes. I encourage you to look through the other amazing creators participating in Bag Bazaar.

When will I get my items?

Crowdfunding takes time and a lot of effort. Between manufacturing, quality checking, and packaging, I estimate that it will take at least 1 year for ita bags to ship out. The estimated ship date for this campaign is May-June 2027. Please take this into consideration when deciding whether or not to back this campaign.

For orders that contain pins only, I estimate a shorter turnaround - my average is round 6-7 months, which would put pin orders to be shipped around December, 2026.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds must be requested within 30 days after the campaign’s end date.

No refunds will be issued more than 30 days after the end of the campaign. This is because I will have already used the funds to start manufacturing by that time. No exceptions.

Please take this into consideration before you decide whether or not to back the campaign.

I do not issue refunds for backers who fail to submit their survey before shipping is complete.

When will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping fees are a separate charge and are NOT included in your base pledge level cost.

You will be charged for shipping separately AFTER the campaign is finished and after you complete your survey. You will receive a 48 hour notice before you are charged for additional add-ons & shipping.

I estimate that backers for pins only will be charged for shipping sometime in December 2026, and backers for ita bags will be charged for shipping sometime in May-June 2027, though this timeline may be adjusted.

How to I choose which bag/pin designs I receive?

After the campaign is over, you will receive a survey from me that will allow you to choose which bag designs and/or pin designs to receive in your reward package. You’ll also submit your shipping information.

Surveys are mandatory. If you don’t fill it out, I can’t send your rewards. Please fill it out promptly!

What happens if I don’t fill out my survey?

I can’t send you your rewards unless you fill out your survey. If you don’t fill it out, you won’t receive rewards. If you fail to fill out your survey by the time I’m done shipping rewards, your pledge will be considered a donation and will not be refunded.

Something came up, can I cancel my order/get a refund?

You can cancel your pledge at any time during the campaign and you won’t get charged.

Please keep in mind that I will not cancel pledges or offer refunds more than 30 days after the campaign ends.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your submitted address on your survey at any point and as many times as you need to up to the date that I lock addresses for shipping.

If I’ve locked addresses already and you need to make a change, please submit a support request on the campaign page or reach out to me directly at [email protected].

Can you combine my order for this with another order?

Because of the complicated nature of how the BackerKit Pledge Manager works, I do not offer combining rewards/orders.

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
