Surveys - 48 HOURS LEFT!!

Hey witchy friends!

Yesterday was the deadline to get your survey in, so I've started the process of locking the completed surveys. This is your LAST CHANCE to complete your survey if you haven't yet.

If you don't fill your survey out within the next 48 hours, your order will not be included in my item counts.

Next week, I'm going to take item counts and start the process of putting in the orders for all the items, so if you don't get your survey in by then, yours isn't going to be included.

Pay Over Time backers

As mentioned in previous posts, if you're a POT backer, you won't get your survey until you've paid for your order in full. Locking the surveys that were already submitted will NOT lock you out of filling yours out when you receive it.

This is why it's important for you to fill out your pre-survey if you haven't already. There are at least 4 of you who haven't filled out your pre-survey, and I will be reaching out to you individually to remind you. Please fill out the pre-survey ASAP.

Pin production delays

Those of you who backed my Celestial Incarnations pins in January might have seen my recent updates already, but I wanted to mention it here, too.

My last 2 enamel pin orders from my primary pin manufacturer have had a painfully slow production timeline. This is an industry-wide issue based on what I've seen and heard from other pin creators, and at this point, I think I have to accept that enamel pins are just going to take a lot longer than they used to. 

I just wanted to give you all a heads up that the pins for this campaign are probably going to take a while to get made, and I thank you in advance for your patience. 🙏

SURVEY DEADLINE - 1 Week Left

Hello all!

This is a reminder that you only have 1 week left to fill out your survey for your Basic Witch Ita Bag reward.

If you do not fill out your survey by July 9th, your order will not be included in my counts when I order the bags & pins. 

I do not plan on ordering a ton of extra bags, so if you do not fill out your survey, you're at risk of not receiving your rewards, and your pledge will be considered "bonus support".

Please submit your survey ASAP!

Pay Over Time Backers

As I've mentioned in previous updates, POT backers will receive the official survey link 48 hours after your order is paid in full.

However, please do use the deadline of July 9th to fill out your pre-survey. If you don't fill out your pre-survey by July 9th, you'll also be at risk of your orders not being included in my counts.

If you missed the link to the pre-survey, please email me at [email protected] and I'll send you the link so you can submit it.

Pay Over Time Backers

As a reminder, POT Backers will not receive their survey until their order has been paid in full. 

However, I have now emailed all POT backers a pre-survey to fill out so I can get your choices and include them in my item counts. Please fill this out in the meantime! But please remember that you still have to fill out your official BackerKit survey once you've paid in full and you receive it.

Surveys - smoke tests out, the rest coming soon

Hey witchy friends!

Just wanted to give y'all a heads up that the smoke tests for the survey have been sent. For those of you who don't know, the smoke test phase is when 5% of backers in each pledge level receive the survey first to make sure the survey is functioning smoothly and there are no errors. 

This ain't my first rodeo, so I don't expect there to be many issues, if any. Once I get a decent amount of the smoke test surveys back, I will send out surveys to all other backers, so please keep an eye on your email over the next 24-48 hours to make sure you don't miss it. :)

Hey witchy friends!

The Basic Witch Ita Bag campaign is over, and we ended up hitting over $34k in funding! I'm so pleased, and so grateful for all your support towards my first venture outside of crowdfunding pins!

So, what's next?

🪄Failed/Errored payments

Backers cards have all been charged. If your card payment failed, you will have received an email about it, but please double check that your payment went through. Even if you're SURE your payment went through, please double check anyway - it doesn't hurt to make extra sure! I have had previous backers who missed out on receiving their rewards because they were not aware that their payments failed, so please please PLEASE check!

If your payment failed, please make sure to update ASAP it so that your transaction can go through. If you don't fix your payment, you will not receive any rewards.

🪄Post-campaign surveys

I am working hard behind the scenes to set up your post-campaign surveys, where you will choose which rewards you will receive for your pledge and submit your shipping information.

Surveys are a crucial step towards receiving your rewards. If you don't submit your survey, you will NOT receive any rewards, even if your payment went through.

I will do my best to get surveys out within the next week. Once you receive your survey, you'll have about 4 weeks to fill it out before I start locking orders and taking item counts so I can start ordering items.

🪄Pay Over Time backers

As a reminder, Pay Over Time backers WILL NOT receive their survey until their pledge is paid in full, regardless of when I send surveys out. 

Once your order is paid in full, whether that's after the 4 months or if you decide to pay it off early, you will automatically receive your survey within 48 hours after your final payment goes through.

In the meantime, I will be setting up a Google form pre-survey for Pay Over Time backers to fill out so I can include your choices in my item counts. Please keep an eye on campaign updates and your email for when I send out the link to the pre-survey form!

🪄Pre-order store

The pre-order store is NOW OPEN for anyone who missed the campaign! I'm still in the process of adding some items to it, but you can start shopping now. I should have the rest of the pins added to the store within the next day or two.

If you backed the campaign, DO NOT order anything through the pre-order store!! If you want to add more items to your order, please wait and order them through the add-on store when you receive your survey! Otherwise, you'll end up with 2 separate orders and you'll have to pay shipping twice.
