We are in the final 48 hour stretch of the campaign, and we've managed to reach the $30k mark! I'm so happy the campaign made it this far!

I finished the print and zipper charm artwork over the weekend and wanted to share it while there was still time left before the campaign ended. With that, let's show off the artwork!

I'm happy with how he turned out and can't wait to see how he looks with the shiny foil details!

I still haven't received a quote for the charm from the manufacturer yet so I still can't make an add-on for it until I know the answer to that. But I hope the artwork makes you excited anyway!

Just to remind you guys, the print and zipper charm will be included in the Full Moon bundle, and are/will be available as add-ons for everyone else.

In the final stretch of the campaign, there are still two Bag Bazaar creators whose campaigns could use your help! Floating Frogs and Succulent Scribbles are either barely funded or not funded. I'm sure they would be very happy if you were to go give their pages a look and toss some support their way if you're able to!

Hey witchy friends!

It's been a while since you heard from me. I've been very busy the last couple weeks trying to balance running this campaign with shipping orders for my previous campaign The Dark Wood. But now that I'm done with shipping that campaign, I can re-focus on this one!

First off, we have results for the $30k poll, and the winner was zipper pull charm! Honestly I was kind of surprised that this was the winner, I was not expecting it, but I'm excited to try something new!

Since I'm fairly sure we're going to reach that in the last few days of the campaign (we're so close!!), I went ahead and did a sketch for it!



After doing some digging about these, I have decided the best way to design it is to have a small crab claw attachment at the top for easy attachment and removal.

This zipper pull charm will be included in the Full Moon bundle, and will be available as an add-on for everyone else. I'm not sure yet how much I'm going to charge for it, as I have not yet gotten a quote for it from my manufacturer. However, my plan is to use the same manufacturer that I use for my pins, so it should be in-line cost-wise with the other pin designs, so it'll be somewhere between $15-$20.

Since I don't have this information yet, I likely will not be adding it as an add-on until the survey stage.

I've also done a sketch for the 6x9 foil print. I loved the design I made for the luna moth, so I decided to have him featured in the print for this campaign. I really like him, he's just so cute! This is the rough sketch I have planned for it:



The corners/border, moon, wing veins, moon spots, stars, and other bits will be done with gold foil :) I'm excited to see how this print turns out, I think it's going to be really pretty!

Last but not least, I've finally finished up the mock-ups for the additional wristlet designs that were unlocked!

As a reminder, the 6x9 print & remaining wristlet designs are now available as add-ons so you can add them to your order now, if you wish!

P.S. - In today's update for Celestial Incarnations, I mentioned rising shipping costs would apply to this campaign, however after checking what I put on this campaign's page, I see they are fine - for now, they will not change from what is displayed on the campaign page, however if rates continue to rise, I may need to raise shipping prices.

Wow, what an amazing first week of the campaign! With this being a new item, I had somewhat low expectations for it and didn't expect us to reach all the stretch goals within the first few days. 

Since the new wristlets and foil print are unlocked, I went ahead and added 2 new add-ons. You can now add these to your order at anytime during the campaign or on the survey after the campaign.

The additional 5 wristlets and foil print will be included in the Full Moon bundles at no additional cost. 

First off, I've decided to have 1 new "stretch goal" that's already been unlocked at the $25k mark since that's where I probably would have put it anyway, and it's for a new 6x9 foil print! I haven't sketched anything for it yet, but since there was interest in it, I decided I will do it!

Most likely, I will be doing a print of the luna moth boy character that I made for the pin :) It'll have shiny foil details on it as well.

This print will be included in the Full Moon bundles at no additional cost.

Besides the 6x9 foil print, I've been doing some thinking this week on what more I could add, and I decided it would be best to leave it up to you guys with a poll!

The ideas I've had are:

The shopping bag, canvas tote bag, and glasses cleaning cloth would likely have a design on it that matches one of the inserts - probably the moon phases one since that's the main aesthetic of the bag itself. :)

For the new printed insert + matching pin, I had the idea before launch to do another one that was a monstera plant pattern with a matching plant-themed pin, so if that one is chosen, that's likely the pattern I'll make.

Voting will end at the end of this week, and whichever one receives the most votes will unlock at the $30k mark!

Hey witchy friends!

I'm so SO excited to be making my first campaign update for the Basic Witch Ita Bag, and even happier to say that we are FUNDED!!

Not only that, but we've blown past most of our initial stretch goals!!

The following items have all been unlocked:

So that leaves the only remaining initial stretch goal, which is the silver hardware version of the bag, and we are already so close to unlocking it - we are only a bit over $500 away! I have no doubt we will unlock it with plenty of time to spare!

Speaking of the $15,000 stretch goal, I have an update to it - I was just told by my manufacturer that I can split the MOQ for the card wallets & coin purses between colors, so now, the $15,000 stretch goal also includes silver versions of the coin purse & card wallet!

Meanwhile, I've got some NEW STRETCH GOALS to announce!

$17,000 - BONUS PAY for all guest artists: All guest artists will get a PAYMENT BONUS for all the hard work they put into making their pin designs 💜
$18,500 - 5 new wristlets: We'll unlock wristlet designs for the other 5 printed insert designs that don't currently have a matching wristlet, which are Night Sky, Twilight Sky, Lovestruck, Starstruck, and Skulls. I'll make mock-ups for these soon!

If we reach those we may be able to add some more stretch goals, however, I wanted to ask you all - what sort of additional stretch goals would you like to see? New insert colors/designs? Perhaps a keychain? Maybe a print? More pins? Or maybe there's another accessory that would make the bag more useful for you? Let me know your thoughts in the comments.

I was honestly extremely anxious about this campaign launch. I've only ever funded pins before, so with it being a new product at a higher price point and with the economy being rough for a lot of folks, I really didn't know how this was going to go over, so seeing all your support today has been really, really awesome.
